We are excited to welcome you to the sixth edition of Edinburgh Cocktail Week – a ten day celebration of mixology, pop-ups, music and events across the capital, 11th – 20th October.

What is Edinburgh Cocktail Week?
Apart from being the most exciting week of the year… Edinburgh Cocktail Week is a ten day city-wide celebration, showcasing the best of Edinburgh’s hospitality and mixology talent, mixed in with pop-up experiences, live music, events and street food. We invite you to sip your way around the city, discovering new tastes and venues, while creating memories with friends along the way. All you need to join in the fun is a wristband!
What does a wristband get me?
With one of our wristbands, you can look forward to a fun and flavour-filled day out, enjoying £5 cocktails at 100 of the city’s best bars, speakeasies and hottest neighbourhood hangouts.
Wristbands are also valid for free entry to our Cocktail Village at Festival Square, the must-visit social hub of the festival. Inside you will find 24 fabulous pop-up bars serving cocktails from £5, alongside a new PIAFF Champagne Lounge, a live music stage and delicious street food trucks. Open 12pm - 11pm daily (8pm on Sundays).
This year you will also find a No & Low Bar in the Cocktail Village, offering a menu of non-alcoholic and low ABV cocktails that taste and look just as good. This initiative also extends to the bars taking part around the city, with fifty venues offering alcohol-free alternatives too.

How do I get my wristband?
Once you have bought your wristband online, bring your confirmation email to the Box Office at the Cocktail Village and we will scan this and issue your wristband.
The Box Office is open from Thursday 10th - Sunday 20th October, 10am - 11pm daily (8pm close on Sundays).
You can collect weekend wristbands during the week. You can also collect your friends’ wristbands if you have their confirmation email for us to scan.

Where can I see all the £5 cocktails?
Each of the 100 participating bars has created a special £5 Signature Cocktail in partnership with a premium spirit brand. These cocktails are available exclusively to wristband-holders, just flash your wristband when ordering. You can see all the participating bars and their cocktails by clicking here.
Where is the Cocktail Village?
The Cocktail Village is the bustling social hub of Edinburgh Cocktail Week. Entry is free with a wristband and there’s 24 pop-up bars inside serving cocktails from £5. Who would want to miss that?!
The Cocktail Village is located at Festival Square on Lothian Road, directly in front of The Sheraton Hotel.
What bars are in the Cocktail Village?
Short answer… LOADS! Twenty four bars in total, each serving a menu of cocktails from £5. Edinburgh Gin, El Jimador Tequila, Malibu, Au Vodka, Bumbu Rum, Schweppes, Funkin Cocktails, BrewDog, Dead Man’s Fingers, Mixtons and Buck’s Bar are just some of the brands taking part.
There’s also decadent Champagne Lounge to enjoy a chilled glass (or bottle) of PIAFF Champagne in and a No & Low Bar offering alcohol-free and low ABV cocktails.

Are alcohol-free cocktails available?
Yes! We are proud to introduce a dedicated No & Low Bar to the Cocktail Village at Festival Square this year, offering a menu of alcohol-free and low ABV serves from Everleaf, Seedlip, Tanqueray 0.0% and Captain Morgan 0.0% that taste and look just as good as the alcoholic serves available.
This new initiative also extends to the venues taking part across the city, with 50 bars offering £5 alcohol-free cocktails, These venues are marked with a 0% icon here.
What are Prestige Cocktails?
Our Prestige Cocktails category offers you the change to enjoy elevated serves created by the city’s top mixologists and award-winning bars.
Prestige Cocktails are £9 each with a wristband and are available at venues such as Panda & Sons, The Register Club, Lady Libertine, Nightcap and Harrods.

Is there a guide with maps?
